Job Description:
SUMMARY: Facilitate all phases of generating and analyzing airport operations staffing and equipment levels to support the RFP process. Act as primary resource for new sales initiatives. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Analyze RFP documentation to determine work scope and new resource requirements under the direction of operations management 
  • Utilizing parameters set by operations management, build and produce staff plan resource solutions for sales management within specified sales deadline 
  • Support management in search of increased operational efficiencies in building competitive bidding models. 
  • Participate in sales presentation process with customer Provide periodic review to current schedule changes 
  • Assist the Resource Planning department as needed 
  • Complete market research analysis, airport bid registration, and airport surveys 
  • Complete other duties as assigned 


Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Undergraduate degree in sales, finance, operations research or related field, or minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
  • A minimum 2 years of Microsoft Office software with advanced skills in Excel

  • Knowledge of operations modeling, data collection methods, and/or time-motion studies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in an unstructured environment
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate proficiently with all levels of management
  • Strong presentation skills with the customer and the ability to explain complex subjects on a more basic level
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skills with proven ability to work effectively in a variety of situations
  • Knowledge of airline operations a preferred
  • Prior staffing or scheduling experience a preferred
  • Knowledge of Word Processing software and Sabre Staff Plan database software preferred.

  • St. Louis, Missouri Corporate Office
  • Hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday; additional hours on short notice as required.
