North Memorial Medical Center is searching for qualified and motivated applicants to join the Air Care program.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and North Memorial Health Care policies and procedures.
- Each person assigned as an active flight crewmember is responsible for pre- and postflight of equipment.
- Performance of assigned duties as the direct representative of North Memorial Health Care, with our customers.
- Maintaining pilot currency and remaining current on applicable regulations.
- Actively participates in the training and development of sub programs relating to flight.
- Accurate and timely completion of all required forms and records as specified in this manual or in company policies and procedures manuals.
- Conducting all duties, assigned and otherwise, within the scope of job performance in a superior manner.
- Keeping aircraft clean and serviced as needed.
- Reports and corrects any observed unsafe acts or procedures.
- Any additional duties as assigned.

Bases in Bemidji, Brainerd, Faribault, Princeton, Redwood Falls, Eveleth-Virginia and Siren, Wisconsin, make it possible to take 24/7 service calls throughout Minnesota, parts of Wisconsin, Iowa, and the Dakotas.
