- Competitive Starting Wages (i.e., $140,086.80 - $160,099.20 Fairbanks)
- 15,000 sign on bonus (after successful completion of training/checkride)

We’re hiring a fixed wing LEAR 45 PIC Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to our customers. This pilot will be qualified to fly our LEAR 45 jets. Scheduled shifts run 15 on/15 off and service day or night trips. Safety is a key pillar of our services, therefore all of our pilots work on a quality, professional team that are committed to high safety standards for the crew and our customers.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- ATP-ME
- FAA First Class Medical (6 months)
- Valid and unexpired drivers license
Experience Required:
- Total Time (F/W) 4000 hours
- 1000 Turbine
- 750 Hours Jet
- 500 Crew Environment
- EMS flight experience (preferred) 12 months
Responsibilities
- Maintains schedule as designated by Guardian Flight.
- Ensures the aircraft is ready to be dispatched.
- Complies with all FAR requirements and Guardian requirements.
- Ensures that all pertinent information about flight operations will be disseminated through the Operational Communications Center.
- Conducts himself/herself in a professional manner at all times.
- Attends meetings when required, and is required for training and check-flights outside of normal duty shift rotations.
- Performs other duties during a scheduled shift as requested by Director of Operations or Chief Pilot
Working Conditions:
- Required to work in outside weather conditions.
- May need to deice the plane, assist with towing the aircraft and maneuvering in and out of the hangar, prep the plane for flight.
Physical Demands:
- Required to stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- May assist with loading patients-lifting requirement of 70 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
