Job Title: Warehouse Customer Support AssociateJob Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Customer Support Associate who is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong computer skills. The ideal candidate should have a high sense of ownership and urgency, a professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that inventories are accurate and materials flow properly.
Responsibilities
- Utilize strong computer skills to pull parts and fulfill work orders using RF Guns for inventory control.
- Collaborate closely with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure SAP and actual inventories are synchronized.
- Perform cycle counting and material stock management.
- Ensure materials are appropriately allocated for Repair Orders and Sales Orders.
- Contribute to cross-functional efforts in fulfilling parts orders for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
Essential Skills- Experience with warehouse management systems OR STRONG COMPUTER EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in using RF Guns for inventory control.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with data entry and inventory software programs.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
- Physical dexterity and experience operating warehouse equipment.
