BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of experience in a front-line customer support role
- 1+ year of experience in facilitating adult training for large scale groups within a learning and development and/or training program
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1 + year of experience in a adult learning theory, service design, or content management
- Experience with LMS tools such as iSpring, Storyline, Camtasia, etc.
- Experience developing training and onboarding content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills. You take pride in your craft
- Written/verbal business fluency in Spanish, French and/or Portuguese
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
- 1st shift: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Travel may be required to support trainings across multiple sites

Pay range:
Training Coordinator/Level 1: $27.00/hour
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
