Icelandair is looking for an individual for a summer position with our team in Crew Tracking (DCO). This is a challenging role for a positive and performance-driven individual who enjoys working in an international environment.
DCO is operated from Icelandairs headquarters in Hafnarfjörður and is a department within Flight Operations.
Responsibilities
- Daily crew planning
- Contact between crew and Flight Department
- Monitor and maintain crew schedule, scheduled flights and charter flights
- Communication with hotels and crew abroad
- Communication with Flight Departments customers
Qualifications
- Education and experience fit for purpose
- Highly proficient in English and Icelandic, spoken and written
- General ability with common office software
- Positivity and excellent communication skills
- Proactivity and detailed orientation
