Position Overview:
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Restricted Programs Sustainment & Operations is searching for a talented and experienced Software Developer. The position will be a part of the Fleet Management Tool software team providing the future solution for equipment maintenance for our customer on the B-21 program. This position will work directly with our NGAS customer and the 76th SWEG members while supporting the entire software life cycle process and developing new solutions to support maintenance sustainment. This position will be located on site in Oklahoma City, OK.
Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Directly support resolution of all software related problems.
Gather requirements for engineering software support needs from business partners.
Perform various software engineering tasks involved in the entire SW development life cycle from requirements analysis up to software maintenance.
Support strategic planning of software tool usage through process development, automation, and technology.
Participate in routine maintenance of applications and infrastructure (apply and test patches, maintain app account/passwords, address server and application vulnerabilities, and other off-shift maintenance activities, etc.).

Basic Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 12 years of applied experience. Will consider a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and 8 years of experience; or masters degree with 6 years of experience.
Full Stack Development experience.
The selected candidate(s) will have proven experience C.
Demonstrated experience as a Web application developer is required.
Demonstrated experience with database technologies.
Understanding of developing software deployed using Infrastructure as Code.
Experience writing test plans and executing test plans.
Must have the ability to provide occasional after-hours and weekend support as needed.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance following hire.
Must be able to attain DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA) within 6 months after hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing with relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with Daya Analytics/Artificial Intelligence.
Experience automating test plans.
Experience with developing software deployed as Infrastructure as Code.
Salary Range: $108,900 - $163,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
