Airbus Helicopters is looking for a H175 Support to Production manager (f/m) to join our teams based in Marignane, France.
You will be part of the H175 Contracts & Offers within H175 platform. As member of the Support to production Squad, you will be the engineering interface to industry, supporting deliveries of all H/C in Production.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support industry by managing requests to Design Office to ensure H175 H/C deliveries according schedule For all H175 versions, act as engineering focal point for industry: Be the engineering focal point for industry, for any technical issue encountered during production cycle (MCA, FAL or Flight Line), including issues related to new airframe serialization (TIC). Participate to regular reviews (daily and weekly) with industry on H/C production progress as main engineering focal point, follow-up H/C production progress, with a clear ambition to deliver our commitments as agreed with industry. Lead MAP Team (Mise au Point Team) for H175 Chief Engineering perimeter Animate, coordinate Design Office lead functions and ensure their feedback on production requests, in the appropriate time frame requested by the production and H/C delivery planning. Follow and ensure quick closure of short term actions and troubleshooting requests addressed to Design Office. Propose, with the support of Design Office experts and in line with DOA requirements and non- conformity management procedures, appropriate technical solutions to non-conformities. Screen, with the support of Design Office experts the non-conformities raised by industry and ensure their maturity before presentation to Non-Conformity Board. Participate to non-conformities board. Support the Squad Leader in his activities, including management of subcontractors Report and escalate difficulties to Support to production Squad leader and MAS Contracts & Offers Leader.
TECHNICAL SKILLS General knowledge of helicopter and main sub-systems General Design Office knowledge: understanding and architecture of drawings, design rules, stress analysis General knowledge of non-conformity management configuration management General Industry knowledge: understanding of different production steps and industry workshare
