1. Carry out shot peen for parts according to drawings, process and technical documents
2. Control and achieve product quality requirements and related work efficiency requirements.
3. Continuous improvement of workflow, working methods and tools
4. Participate cell activities regarding planning, organization and implementation
5. Follow the temporary work arrangement of workshop cell leader
Job Requirements:

Educational Background
Associate Degree or Vocational School
Experiences
-\tAbove 2 years of heat treatment or shot peening experience in mechanical industry, with relevant machining industry background is preferred
-\tLanguage
-\tMust be able to read and understand simple English。
-\tProfessional Knowledge/Technical skill
-\tKnowledge and principle of shot peening
-\tAble to read technical documents (SOP) and WI
-\tCan use micrometer, magnifying glass and other inspection tools
-\tBe familiar with the inspection method of shot peening strength and coverage
-\tBe familiar with the use and maintenance of spray gun
-\tAbility of shot peening local rework
-\tBasic of NC programming for shot peening machine
-\tHave company safety awareness
