Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (essential job functions):
Provide premier customer service to internal and external customers
Ship domestic freight (ltl, tl, air, etc.)
Prepare bills of lading, airship bills, and all other required documentation
Invoice customer and warehouse shipments
Prepare export expedites
Verify packing slips
Prepare shipping memos
Prepare shipment tracking
International shipment tracking
Hours are 7:00am- 4:00pm with OT as needed.
Secondary Responsibilities (non-essential job functions):
Perform typing and filing
Maintain proof of deliveries
Transmit ASN’s
Transfiling
Investigate shortage requests
Perform E-Wix preparation
Any other similar or associated duties necessary to accomplish job objectives, or as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (relevant experience, education and/or training):
High school education or equivalent required
Good data entry and typing skills required
Knowledge of filing systems helpful
Intermediate office PC skills required
Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
