Airbus Helicopters is looking for a R&T controlling leader (f/m) to join our Engineering Controlling Department based in Marignane, France.
You will be part of a team performing controlling of the Engineering dept. As part of the Engineering Controlling Department, you will be involved within the Research Dept (R&T) aiming at supporting their whole activities.

Your challenges:Manage R&T financial impacts in terms of revenue, margin, EBIT and Balance Sheet
Manage R&T cash collection and supervise monthly cash report and rolling cash forecast
Coordinate, supervise and consolidate France and German R&T controlling activity:
* PSP, budget/FC exercises and budget monitoring
* Monthly closing and reporting to HO R&T
* Manage CTO/Airbus Group specificities and requests
* Manage and supervise all finance activities related to grant contracts with DGA, DGAC, DGE, EUROPE
* Anticipate, define and implement new financial schemes in order to properly manage complex grant contracts (UAM DGAC funding, new funding for European Defense)
* Sign cost statements for European contracts for funding and co-sign for national contracts
* Manage Program applicability under R&T national contracts by also managing alignment with Programs and AH P&L impacts
Your profile:Knowledge/at ease with database handling/controlling tools (SAP BI/Google Sheets)
Autonomy, curiosity, End to End view
Management skills
Communication & Interpersonal skills (stakeholders’ management)
French Fluent, Professional English, German would be a plus
accounting knowledge
5/10 years controlling experience
