Quality Clerk

Job Description:

Summary:

This position is in support of the quality department through computer data spreadsheets, parts verification, and various other duties to ensure proper workflow.

Responsibilities

Conduct internal department audits;
Perform incoming receiving for all assets and parts received;
Create work order folders; track and request department supplies;
Verify and approve material requisitions;
Review and prepare all assets for sale;
Maintain the spreadsheet for outside processing; quality performance tracking;
Track vendors in possession of government property; maintain approved supplier database;
File work orders; issue OIS paperwork and assets to production;
Notify DCMA for QAR inspection requirements;
Any additional tasks assigned by management in support of the position or companies needs.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED;
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Microsoft Suite experience;
Detail oriented

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
