Our employees are not only part of history, theyre making history. Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a Property and Asset Management Analyst (Level 2). This position will located in Clearfield, UT with a hybrid option; 2-3 days per week in office.
Essential Functions:
Maintains records of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure or government regulations.
Maintains records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed; coordinates property transfers; conducts periodic property inventories and material cycle counts.
Create and maintain property records in property database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for activities including property acquisitions, receiving and identification, the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, physical inventory planning, and the disposal of surplus and obsolete materials.
Engage in high level of interaction with internal customers.
Support various Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits, AS9100 audits, and customer audits.
Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure processes are performed and documentation is maintained as required by NG Procedures and USG FAR regulations.
Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposes.
Occasional irregular hours and travel may be required for the role.
Basic Qualifications:
Masters degree with relevant experience, Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience or High school diploma/GED with 4.5 years of professional experience in government property management, business management, supply chain, finance, accounting, or related fields.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel formulas, charts, and pivot tables.
Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
Ability to operate forklift equipment
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Experience with data analytics, data mining, and/or data integrity
Ability to work with diverse levels of internal/external customers, i.e., DCMA, DOD customers.
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD clearances as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
NPMA Certified Professional Property Specialist or Administrator (CCPS, CPPA) certification.
Knowledge of Government Property related contractual requirements, including FARS/DFARS property management clauses.
Property Management experience supporting manufacturing facilities and closed classified environments.
Experience supporting and/or performing compliance audits including Property Management System Audits (PMSA)
Knowledge or understanding of MMAS, ISO/AS9100, and SOX standards that impacts asset management.
Familiarity with AssetSmart and Costpoint (Systems, Applications, and Products).
Salary Range: $56,600 - $85,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
