We are looking for an Operational Safety Lead to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for a vigilant, analytical, and proactive individual who understands how to supervise and execute operational strategies to ensure compliance with legal provisions, prevent illicit activities, and manage security operations through technology, K9 units, and contracted security personnel, in order to safeguard organizational processes and enhance aviation security.

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, Humanities, or related fields.
• Advanced Microsoft Office
• Computer literacy and application systems.

Experience:

• Operational or Airport Security background, or related fields.
• Knowledge of unlawful acts prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate security activities.
• Preferred familiarity with aviation security strategies.
• Experience in monitoring and using security technology tools.
