We are looking for a Leader of Regulatory Compliance to help us deliver extraordinary experiences to our customers.
This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, who understands how aeronautical regulations and procedures impact the safety, efficiency, and compliance of cabin and catering operations.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement agile and innovative processes for Flight Attendants and Catering areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and technical procedures in cabin and ramp operations.
• Implement compliance systems aligned with national and international aviation regulations.
• Prepare and update the Flight Attendant Manual with technical information for new aircraft.
• Oversee the proper application of new procedures and provide continuous support to personnel and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in manuals and guidelines through operational and document analysis.
• Support internal and external audits (AFAC, IOSA), ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external areas to develop and implement new procedures impacting cabin operations.
• Manage operational risks and reports in accordance with the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Implement resolutions, mandates, and best practices from IATA, SkyTeam, and commercial partners to maintain world-class standards in cabin operations.
Education Requirements
• Aeronautical Engineer (preferred)
• Flight Attendant (preferred)
• English proficiency: 80 (required)
Experience
• At least 3–4 years in Aeronautical Operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in understanding and applying national and international aeronautical regulations (required).
• Experience in AFAC and IOSA audits (preferred).
• Proficiency in manual editing software (Office, Acrobat, Corel, and/or Illustrator).
