Job Description:
To support the flight operations team to ensure customer satisfaction level and quality in all deliverables
Author and coordinate the authoring of relevant flight operations manuals;
Manage aircraft configuration to ensure coverage of individual aircraft definition in relevant flight operations manuals;
Answer to customer queries on flight operations matter
Support the quality manager to build dashboards and associated reports as needed;
Support the quality manager to implement quality processes related to the team’s daily activities
