u200BReporting to the Core IT Group Leader (UK & Nordics) you will join the IT Support operations team and will be primarily responsible for delivery of first line IT Support (both telephone, remote and in person) for CAE staff in the training centre and across Europe.
An excellent opportunity to gain exposure to various technologies including Windows 11, Windows Server, SharePoint, Active Directory management, Office 365 Apps, Finance & CRM systems, and many others.

u200BConfigure, deploy, and relocate corporate laptops, desktops, monitors, headsets, docking stations, printers, mobile devices, and ad-hoc hardware & software.
