What were doing
easyJets Infrastructure & Operations team is in the middle of a real transformation. Were moving from traditional IT service delivery to a product and platform engineering model — and we need someone to hold the connective tissue together.
About the Role:
As Head of Orchestration, youll be the person who makes sure the whole system works: that platforms and products are coherent, that governance enables rather than blocks, that financial performance is visible, and that our third-party service desk and support services are continuously modernising.
This is a true cross-functional leadership role. You wont own a single product or platform — youll be the one who makes sure all of them add up to something greater than the sum of their parts.
Youve previously/currently worked in IT departments that ran on tickets, SLAs and supplier governance. But youve helped transform them into something better: product-thinking teams, outcome-based delivery, platforms that engineering teams actually want to use.
You understand the messy middle — the politics, the legacy processes, the people who arent sure this change is for them, and you know how to navigate it without losing momentum or trust.
That experience is exactly what we need.
