The Purchasing Graduate will support the APAC Purchasing function with all aspect of Purchasing engagements and activities within the region.

• Cost analysis and maintenance of vendor quotations

• Sourcing support and request for quotations for APAC sites

• Maintenance of APAC Purchasing database

• • Quotation tracker
  • Project tracker
  • Supplier records

• Support Supplier on-boarding process

• Purchasing contracts management

• Facilitate compliance to Purchasing policy and processes

• Keen interest in the field of Procurement
• Exposure to Procurement processes, systems and tools

• Good understanding and application of Microsoft Office suites with focus on MS Excel

• Self-starter, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Positive mindset, proactive, resourceful, critical thinker and problem-solver with good communication skills

• Graduate in the field of Supply Chain, Business, IT, Engineering, Science, etc.
