We are looking for a Operations Manager BW to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a results-oriented mindset, who understands how to lead, coordinate, and oversee all activities related to ground operations at Mexico City International Airport, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field (completed).
• Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Intermediate English proficiency, 80 (spoken/written).

Experience:

• Personnel and process management (5 years)
• Experience in IOSA, ISAGO, and other audits
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (ICAO, IATA, AFAC) and operational standards
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in airport or airline operations
