General Electronics / Mechanical Assembler Specialist D

Responsibilities:
- Perform complex production assembly operations and inspections on electronic/electrical and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
- Perform rework, repair and modification to parts and assemblies.
- Present statistical data to team for analysis and problem resolution.
- Provide complex periodic maintenance on machines and tooling and complex machine set up tasks following machine inspection checklists.
- Coordinate with manager and other departments to coordinate work flow and resolve issues.
- Perform complex rework, repair and modification to parts and assemblies.
- Assemble and deliver kits.
- Perform simple receiving and inspections procedures on incoming materials.
- Document inspection results in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Coordinate with management or other departments to establish work priorities.
- Update work status documentation.
- Work under minimal supervision.
- Utilize engineering drawings for complex assemblies
- Follow written work instructions
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED combined with 7 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with hand tools soldering tool, hot air pencil ,pliers, sockets etc.
- Must be able to Operates computing equipment to access job information (e.g., drawings, specifications and other online information systems
- Must be able to use various types of precision measuring tools
- Must be able to work around Chemicals (alcohol, solder ,Flux)
