These engines power critical missions across a wide range of applications, including emergency services and defense operations.

As Field Technician you will implement, together with 2 colleagues, the technical support within the defined contractual obligations with the helicopter manufacturer as an element of the EASA Part 21 G organization. The main objective is to provide direct customer support in terms of quality, process organization and reporting to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.

For our local representative office in Donauwörth, we are currently looking for you as

Field Technician

Unlimited – Full Time – 40 hour-contract


Your mission:

• Provide theoretical and practical support for the installation of SAFRAN engines in the helicopter manufacturers final assembly line
• Issue and manage airworthiness certificates, including the maintenance and update of engine logbooks
• Handle warranty cases from initiation through resolution in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and report operational and quality data to support quality KPI tracking and analysis
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities (Return on Experience) and take responsibility for assigned tasks and small projects within the team
Job Requirements:

Your skills & qualifications:

• A degree in Aeronautical Engineering (or equivalent) or a completed technical apprenticeship as an Aircraft Technician
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of complex aircraft components such as turbines
• Hands-on mentality with a passion for technical work
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills as well as a reliable, solution-oriented mindset
• Good Office365 skills
• Fluent English and German language skills; French is a plus
