Job Description:
Your main task and responsibilities are:
- -Production Engineer focused on Build Process / Performance Tracker Adherence in each station.
- Propose to Foremans actions to balance the resources according to Build Process needs per shift.
- Ensure no gaps of information between different production shifts to ensure right information transfer and work continuity.
- To unblock productions issues (work orders) and main Trouble-Shooter to accomplish the daily plan.
- Station Focal Point with ME (System and Process), Quality and the rest of functions involved to solve production issues.
- Time-Keeper with foreman and overall short-term Planning coordinator of station.
- Responsible to prepare the next daily tasks and planning of works (people, tools, jobcards and aircraft conditions ready to carry out the job)
- Support the continuous improvement and the Operational Excellence in the area.
- Monitor the relevant KPI, solve the deviations from targets and identification of major industrial risks.
- To support the definition of the industrial plan and corrective actions.
- Support retrofit or maintenance quotation.
- l Support the foreman to allocate right worker to the right work according the competencies.
- To support, foreman, HO of Station and HO of AST
