Join Lockheed Martins dynamic team working on the cutting edge of aerospace technology. We provide training systems for the worlds most advanced aircraft, including the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.

As an ALIS / Subject Matter Expert the on our F-35 ALIS Infrastructure Training team you will help create and sustain technically accurate training materials and work instructions for the ALIS/ODIN system and applications. You will attend program and team meetings, collaborate with your team members, engineers, and other product teams.

As a F-35 ALIS / Subject Matter Expert you will:

• Coordinate with the IPT and the ALIS Instructional Design Team to ensure technical accuracy of all ALIS lessons.
• Communicate with Engineering as required to provide the team the newest technical information available.
• Review technical documentation changes and evaluate impacts to courseware.
• Evaluate and adjudicate user comments for incorporation into courseware.
• Work across multiple teams and levels creating an atmosphere conducive to information sharing and leveraging of available resources.
• Document input for future reference, in the ISD Database and JIRA/Confluence.

Note: This position will be located at the Eglin ATC, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The position requires periodic travel.

This position requires a candidate who is a U.S. Citizen and holds a Secret security clearance to start. The role is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
• Candidate must have a Secret security clearance or higher with investigation within the last 5 years.
• Detailed knowledge of ALIS user facing applications (CMMS, SCM, SHM).
• 3 years of F35 ALIS user experience.
• Experience working independently to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint.
• Track record of making accurate inferences from technical documentation.
• Ability to assess training needs from the micro to macro level. Dependent upon daily workload.
Desired Skills:
• 3 years of F35 ALIS administration in any combination of system, database, network, security.
• Expertise using military documentation such as technical manuals, technical orders, user guides and other reference materials.
• Experience using agile tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience creating job aids.
• Ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
