We are looking for a Controllership Specialist to help deliver extraordinary experiences to our customers.

This role is ideal for an analytical, organized, and strategic professional who understands how control and accounting oversight activities ensure accurate and timely financial information for decision-making across Grupo Aeroméxico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate recording of accounting operations related to assets, liabilities, equity, and financial results.
• Conduct testing and participate in technical–financial projects to automate and optimize Controllership processes.
• Prepare financial consolidation reports and monthly cash flows in MXN and USD.
• Issue internal and audited financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Generate financial reports to support decision-making and collaborate with areas such as Investor Relations and Financial Planning.
• Submit regulatory financial information to the CNBV and the Mexican Stock Exchange.
• Respond to requests from internal and external auditors and governmental authorities.
• Meet key performance indicators related to timeliness and accurate accounting application.

Academic Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Intermediate English.

Experience:

1–2 years in:

• General Accounting (Required)
• Financial Reporting (Desired)
• Financial processes within airline, financial, or corporate industries.
