We are looking for a Flight Dispatcher (Weight & Balance) to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for a communicative, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who understands how to perform the Weight & Balance process, ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, analyze operational information (WX, NOTAMs, deferred items), and verify performance limits to guarantee a safe and efficient operation for our crews and flights. The position also requires constant communication with the flight crew and airport teams, timely response to operational changes, proper documentation handling, and support with area-related tasks.

Educational requirements:

• Valid Aircraft Operations Officer License.
• Valid AFAC medical certificate.
• English proficiency (desired).

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in flight dispatch or operational control functions.
