For Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a Costings Coordinator to join us in making vacation dreams come true. The Costings Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining products in the reservations system (TTS), including hotels, flights, excursions and other miscellaneous products.The position reports to the Costings Manager and will be located in Toronto, ON.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and amend ITC Packages and FIT Products in reservations system based on detailed supplier contract, schedules and margin criteria.
- Ensure rates in TTS are accurate and displayed effectively through all automated distribution channels.
- Analyze costing components and selling prices for accuracy, adjusting where required.
- Coordinate comprehensive promotions in the system for ease of booking.
- Test department functions in line with system upgrades.
- Provide inter-department support with specific reservation system procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven organizational, multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills are essential
- Must have experience in working in a confidential and detailed oriented environment
- Knowledge of Soft Voyage / TTS an asset
- Knowledge of the Product Contracting System (PCS) an asset
- Skilled with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
