What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related fieldMust have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL and data collection methodologiesMust be self-sufficient and complete assignments with minimal supervisionMust be detail oriented and perform well under pressureMust be eager to accept responsibility and create value-added projectsMust demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.Must demonstrate a professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organizationMust be willing to travel for business up to 10 of the time (domestic and/or international)Must be able to commit to three alternating work semesters (Spring, 2025 - Fall, 2025 - Summer, 2026)Must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skillsConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
