Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleanroom cleaning and monitoring as directed by engineering:
- Routine and non-routine cleaning of the cleanroom; including monitoring of operator cleaning operations
- Cleaning items brought into the cleanroom; including monitoring of operator cleaning operations
- Facilities testing, such as particle counting, HEPA face velocities, and differential pressures
- Maintaining cleanroom cleaning documentation, such as cleaning logs
- Testing of cleanroom materials, such as garments and tubing
- Maintaining and monitoring cleanroom data, such as facilities testing, cleanroom materials etc
- Monitoring cleanroom operations to ensure good contamination control practices
- Participate in RCCA for contamination defects
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of cleanroom experience in a manufacturing environment
- Fluent in English and able to demonstrate strong Reading and Writing operational proficiency
- Able to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds assisted
- US Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements
- Must be able to obtain a DoD secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to organize and implement multiple concurrent tasks
- Experience with managing and presenting data
- Experience performing test on cleanroom facilities and materials
- Experience with cleanroom cleaning operations and monitoring cleanroom operations
- Active full DoD secret security clearance
