Advanced Configuration Management Associate
Cannonsburg, PA
Contract Position
This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission critical systems for our national defense. You would be a part of creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) system for product improvements, repairs, and new product development.
- Coordinate change control processes across engineering, manufacturing, and program management to ensure proper documentation and control.
- Ensure configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness and authorization.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Support, and Manufacturing teams to coordinate processes and design controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent experience; if no degree, 4+ years of relevant experience required.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- Experience with Configuration Management and change control processes in development and manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with industry and DoD standards for Hardware and Software Configuration Management.
- Experience with change control boards, approval processes, and configuration management audits.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Jira, and Product Data Management (PDM) applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple product baselines.
