Job Description:
We are looking for an AOG Operations Officer (Aircraft On Ground) to come onboard in our Customers Support and Services Directorate in Jerome’s team : a team of 11 collaborators!
Your Mission
You will be part of the Material Operations Centre and you will be responsible to support the ATR operators for all AOG material requests. You will be focused on quality and responsiveness of airlines requests, delivery performance, customer satisfaction and bringing ATR expertise for all AOG material needs.
The AOG Team is available 365/24/7 and is operating through shifts of 8 hours (7:00 am to 3:00 pm / 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm / 11:00 pm to 7:00 am). The modalities of this job application will be discussed during the interview process. Financial advantages linked to out of office work.
As “AOG Operations Officer”, you will be focus on the following activities:
Manage the incoming requests (mail and phone) coming from Airlines, lessors and MRO in a stressful environment.
Administrate the orders including the sourcing, the logistics operations, the delivery and the transport.
Coordinate and interface with the customers with respect to the ATR spare parts order process
Evaluate, challenge and select in autonomy the best option available to solve the AOG situation
Ensure on-time delivery or get the best lead-time for all spare and services orders to match with customer AOG expectations or contractual commitment
Ensure the proactive and continuous communication with the airlines and internal stakeholders of all relevant information
Ensure the recurrent follow-up of the orders backlog
Resolve customer claims (Lost packages, damaged equipment, missing certification documents, order cancellation...)
About you
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent experience
Experience in Airline, MRO and/or Customer Services would be a plus.
Requires a high degree of independence, ability to develop creative solutions, self-initiative while continuously providing a high caliber of customer service under demanding situations.
Extensive customer interaction requires the ability to communicate effectively in English - both verbally and written. Italian would be a plus.
Expertise on SAP or another ERP environment
High communication skills focus on the customer satisfaction are required
