DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• FAA correspondence and recordkeeping
• Supervision of pilot expense reports and jumpseats
• Preparing reports
• Distributing mail
• Maintain office supplies
• Process FAA mandated paperwork
• Enter pilot attendance
• Process CRAF forms
• Process all Pilor Proffer bids and awards
• Pilot recalls, retirements, and termination
• Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years multi-function office experience
- Proficient with Microsoft software
- Valid Drivers License
- A proven self-starter with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret flight schedules
- Knowledge of airport identifiers
