Pinnacle Solutions is looking for a UH-60M VMT Site Lead/Instructor to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The UH-60M VMT Site Lead/Instructor is responsible for performing and leading VMT training programs for aircraft maintenance personnel while performing duties as a UH-60M Instructor. Our ideal candidate should be an experienced aviation maintenance professional and be proficient in computer-based virtual training methods. In addition, the UH-60M VMT Site Lead/Instructor must understand the value that such maintenance training systems bring to overall maintenance training, compliance, and safety.
As a maintenance training professional, the UH-60M VMT Site Lead/ Instructor must possess talent for training others and incorporating feedback. Experience with performance evaluations and a reputation for being able to effectively present technical instruction is crucial. An individual with a passion for training and a performance-based mindset will excel in this role. The UH-60M VMT Instructor works directly with the UH-60M Training Led to ensure that all training goals are being fulfilled. The VMT Instructor also works closely with all aviation maintenance personnel to dispense training programs and ensure successful completion of program training initiatives. Communication is a vital part of the UH-60M VMT Instructor role. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ultimately, the role of the UH-60M VMT Site Lead/Instructor at Pinnacle Solutions is to effectively carry out training programs and ensure transfer of knowledge to aviation maintenance personnel by using the VMT training tools.

Responsibilities
- Conducts classroom instruction for aviation maintenance students in a culturally diverse environment.
- Adheres to established training schedules.
- Provides concurrent and standardized Programs of Instruction (POIs).
- Follows assigned blocks of instruction & carries out established lesson plans created by UH-60M Training Lead.
- Engages with students during instruction and encourages students to perform at the best of their capabilities.
- Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on UH-60M.
- Provides feedback to the UH-60M Training Lead regarding program training effectiveness.
- Completes student progress reports and submits Contract Deliverables on-time.
- Manages the Training Management System (TMS) and updates information as required.
- Trains new employees on VMT procedures and TMS tracking.
Qualifications
- Six plus years of experience in aviation maintenance.
- Experience with presenting programs of instruction.
- Highly proficient with reading and interpreting maintenance manuals and blueprints.
- Experience supporting maintenance training efforts.
- Tech-Savvy / Computer Literate.
- Familiar with computer-based learning.
- Microsoft Office Suite.

- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be a US Citizen.
Desired Qualifications:
- FAA A&P License.
- Previous experience working in an OCONUS environment.
