We are looking for a Supervisor of Security and Criminal Compliance to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a vigilant, analytical, and proactive individual who understands how to supervise and execute operational strategies to ensure compliance with legal provisions, prevent illicit activities, and manage security operations through technology, K9 units, and contracted security personnel, in order to safeguard organizational processes and enhance aviation security.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, Humanities, or related fields.
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- Computer literacy and application systems.
Experience:
- Seguridad operativa, aeroportuaria o afines.
- Conocimientos básicos en prevención de actos ilícitos y cumplimiento normativo.
- Habilidad para supervisar y coordinar actividades de seguridad.
- Deseable familiaridad con estrategias de seguridad en aviación.
- Experiencia básica en monitoreo y uso de herramientas tecnológicas de seguridad.
