We place great emphasis on strong customer service and good communication skills to guarantee our passengers a welcoming and positive experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise ground handling services for General Aviation, military and charter flights at Keflavík Airport
- Communicate with clients and arrange for all services requested.
- Communication with domestic flights for private aircraft services in Akureyri, Egilsstöðum and Reykjavík.
- Keep Crew lounge and staff facilities tidy.
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications:
- High-school diploma
- Knowledge of airport´s operations
- Minimum age 20 years old
- Valid driving license
- Good English skills, written and spoken, other language skills are an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Resourcefulness, honesty and punctuality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive mindset and excellent customer service skills
