MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThe successful candidate will have previous airline operations experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to uphold company policy and procedures. Other qualifications include:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for continuing education in operational management;
- Must have a minimum of two years supervisory experience, preferably in the airline industry;
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
- Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to consider safety requirements, business needs, and operations while problem-solving;
- Must have the ability to multi-task, work independently, and adapt quickly to fluctuating workloads and priorities;
- Must be capable of demonstrating a high standard for conscientious and courteous customer service to internal and external customers, and leading by example;
- Must have a high level of accuracy in computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Must have good interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills;
- Must be able to exercise confidentiality for safety and security reasons;
- Must have a strong safety awareness and the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Must be comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with operating aircraft.
