Honeywells ACST team is seeking a Program Operations Manager in Herndon,VA.
As a Program Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will play acrucial role in overseeing and managing program operations. You will beresponsible for ensuring the successful execution of programs, drivingoperational efficiency, and delivering high-quality results. Your strongleadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate withcross-functional teams will be essential in achieving program objectives anddriving continuous improvement. You will report directly to our Program OperationsDirector and you will work out of our designated location on a hybridwork schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the successof our programs and the overall performance of the organization. You will beresponsible for managing operations plans, monitoring progress, identifyingrisks and issues, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you willcollaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement program strategies,streamline processes, and drive operational excellence.

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or related roles
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
