What You Will Do:
The Senior Supervisor, Gage Standards will lead our team across the Airfoils and Isothermal Manufacturing Mod Center. The Senior Supervisor, Gage Standards will lead the Gage Standards Team into the next phase of continuous improvement by establishing TAKt times, capacity and standard work.
Evaluate procedures and processes to comply with requirements
Investigate new technology options for visual and dimensional inspection and present options for consideration/funding to senior leadership
Lead and communicate quality initiatives to the team; partner with manufacturing operations, engineering and quality to drive process solutions and advancements in the metrology discipline
Evaluate business needs against resources and plan business objectives. Conduct periodic benchmarking activity to continuously improve and support CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) Business Practices
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, program/project management, quality or related industrial environment OR an Associates degree and 7 or more years experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, program/project management, quality or related industrial environment
In absence of a degree, a High School Diploma/GED Equivalent an 9 or more years experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, program/project management, quality or related industrial environment
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
Working knowledge of AS9100 Standards
Demonstrated GD&T, Blueprint Interpretation Skills
Working knowledge of Measurement Correlation requirements
Understanding of Calibration System Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Solumina and SAP

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
