Do you have a natural talent for designing and implementing world-class training programs that inspire service excellence and elevate our brand? As Senior Customer Service Training Manager you will play a pivotal role in empowering our teams to live Jet Aviation’s commitment to excellence and bring our brand promise to life.

Your role:
  • Lead & Inspire: Design and manage a global training curriculum for customer service, sales, and experience teams, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Brand Champion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold our brand promise and empower our colleagues to deliver seamless, and memorable customer experiences every time
  • Innovate & Improve: Research and implement creative techniques that enhance the customer journey
  • Engage & Elevate: Participate in shaping global customer experience strategies, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence

  • Several years of experience in designing impactful training programs, with a related degree
  • Proven ability to drive change, lead initiatives, and inspire teams at all levels
  • A passion for excellent customer experiences, with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and foster collaboration
