Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Saudi Arabia Sustainment Project Manager within the International Government & Defense organization. In this role, the focus will be on supporting the Saudi Arabia Vertical Lift Sustainment organization in managing moderate & complex programs as well as the development of new proposals. The main responsibilities will include scheduling, managing, and tracking the program performance, creating presentations and briefing to customers and senior leadership. Other job duties may include serving as a Project Manager of stand-alone projects and/or Proposal Manager/Capture Team Lead on new business campaigns within the International Government & Defense organization.
Position Responsibilities
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Manages cost and schedule performance.
- Manages US Army Foreign Military Sale (FMS) Program objectives, deliverables, supply chain and technical services.
- Leads cross functional teams to execute sustainment and logistics solutions.
- Acts as primary focal for US Army and International customers.
- Identifies and captures future sustainment opportunities.
- Shapes sustainment requirements for future fleet upgrade
- Provides integration of the technical product support disciplines
- Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
- Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objective.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
Experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources
Experience working in a cross functional environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Experience with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
Ability to support phone calls during non-business hours (evenings and early mornings)
Typical Education & Experience:
Bachelors and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
