Sattelite Shop Manager

Job Description:

Successful Part 145 Avionics facility in west central Arkansas is opening a second location as part of a full-service maintenance FBO in central Arkansas. Seeking a full time Shop Manager.
Responsibilities include running a Part 145 Satellite Repair Station, customer relations, preparing bids, oversight of installations and troubleshooting in piston GA aircraft and light jets. Some hands on in aircraft work will be required initially.

Job Requirements:

Good fundamental knowledge of DC theory and it’s application in troubleshooting aircraft systems.
Good fundamental knowledge of aircraft systems and integration, both legacy and modern avionics- primarily in GA Piston aircraft.
The ability to effectively debrief aircraft operators.
The ability to manage a small number of employees, giving guidance and assistance as necessary.
