As S&OP Project Manager, you will have the crucial responsibility of deploying a strategic initiative for our organization: an integrated and end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning process with the key objective of aligning demand and supply, anticipating risks and opportunities and securing sustainable growth via a proper coordination of resources and priorities.
You will also drive other related initiatives that increase transparency over financial and operational performance, as well as provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision making.

We are a multi-disciplinary team of Data, Process and Pricing colleagues located in Copenhagen, Hamburg and Singapore who form the Business Performance and Improvement unit within Product Management. The role of our team is to lead the transformation of Product Management towards a process and data centric organization with strong collaboration and alignment that achieves collective success, drives sustainable growth and ensures business performance and competitiveness.
In your position as S&OP Project Manager you will:
Develop and implement an integrated and end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to enable customer demand anticipation and fulfillment, optimize inventory levels and warehouse capacity via the proper prioritization and allocation of investments and resources.
Collaborate closely with and align Product Management, Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and all relevant functions to gather the relevant data and insights, align forecasts and targets and prepare the S&OP plan.
Support and drive the consolidation of the S&OP plan, including the preparation of scenarios, risks, opportunities and recommendations.
Deploy and monitor the relevant KPIs and visual metrics to support the S&OP process and you will ensure that corrective actions are implemented when needed.
Lead and support the development of tools, reports and dashboards to make sure we have the right data to make the right decisions.
Be the S&OP owner and, as such, lead and facilitate the cross-functional S&OP meetings to review performance metrics, discuss demand forecast and supply capacity development, identify potential risks and opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Be regularly in contact with our executive leadership team and provide them with insights, recommendations and updates in the form of reports and presentations.
Promote continuous improvement of the S&OP process.

Ideally, you have:
An MSc/MA in Business, Economics, Strategy, Finance or a related field
5&43; years of professional experience within a business area
Proven experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong knowledge of Excel or equivalent
Strong knowledge of visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI or equivalent
