Salary Range: $88,000 - $158,500
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, education, skills, and experience as well as market demands. These factors impact the salary/wage offered.

Purpose of Position
- The objective for the Regional Sales Manager is to meet and exceed annual quota by increasing revenue within a designated territory or assignment of accounts via prospecting or retainment growth & upselling efforts
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed Sales Quota
- Develop and coordinate with the region sales team a strategy for obtaining the maximum possible training business from the designated territory or assigned account the region team
- Provide Customers specific information on services and product enhancements.
- Contact prospective Customers to introduce FlightSafety International’s products and their potential benefits to the Customer.
- Contact Customers to maintain awareness of their needs and level of satisfaction.
- Capture any add on training, upselling and renewals from a contractual point of view
- Assure account accuracy
- Be proficient in all FSI client interfacing systems such as Salesforce, CRM, Genesis System, SAP, FlightSafety App, FlightBag, Enterprise Analytics
- Report Sales activities to Director Sales by usage of Salesforce.
- Travel within territory every other week at a minimum conducting customer visits
- Attend local industry events or assigned corporate tradeshows
