Our HR Leadership Development Program is designed for ambitious, goal-oriented professionals who aspire to become leaders in Human Resources. This fast-paced, immersive program will equip you with the skills, experience, and networks needed to thrive in HR leadership roles. Over the course of 24 months, you’ll rotate through key areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, and organizational design. You’ll work alongside experienced HR leaders, tackle real-world challenges, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Gain- Comprehensive Development: Gain in-depth knowledge of key HR functions, processes, and tools through hands-on experience.
- Leadership Skills: Develop your leadership abilities through coaching, mentoring, and exposure to senior HR leaders with an opportunity to lead members directly in our Operations function.
- Career Advancement: Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be positioned for a leadership role within our HR team.

Qualifications

- Leadership Potential: You’re a natural leader with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic setting.
- Strong Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Prior industry experience or related Human Resources internship preferred.
This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident [“green card” holders] or have refugee or asylee status).
