Overview of the Role:

As the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless operation of the Engineering Department. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
• At least 10 years of civil engineering experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of department functions, industry standards, and software like MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Proven success managing diverse engineering projects.
• Experience in commercial, public, institutional, and academic site development.
