We are looking for a Market Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, adaptable and time-efficient / good at prioritizing individual who understands how to drive sales and Aeroméxico’s presence in the assigned spanet/portfolio. The main objective is to develop strategic relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, commercial partners, and other key customers, maximizing operational profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and strengthening the airline’s spanet share in the assigned region or segment.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Sales and account management within aviation, tourism, or related industries.
- Negotiating and managing corporate and agency partnerships (B2B).
- Developing commercial strategies and achieving sales targets in competitive spanets.
Experience working with:
- Sales management systems (CRM) and data analysis tools (Tableau, Prism, MIDT, DDS).
- Cross-functional teams to align sales, spaneting, and revenue initiatives.
Skills to succeed:
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Deep understanding of airline spanet dynamics and distribution channels.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data, KPIs, and spanet trends.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on profitability and growth.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (particularly for executive audiences).
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to resolve issues proactively.
- Collaboration and influence skills across organizational levels.
