EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science/Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration or other technical field
· Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or another technical field preferred.
· Minimum 7 years of CRM systems or equivalent experience
· Experience in data science, analytics, or similar technical fields.
· Experience with visualization and exploratory analysis tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Professional and diplomatic demeanor
· Ability to lead and develop team members and promote cross-functional collaboration within a team.
· Proven track record in establishing/maintaining great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Ability to manage several projects concurrently
· Adaptable and fast moving with the ability to maintain project momentum in the face of change
· Self-starter that works well in a team environment
· Understanding of the CRM systems purpose
· Understanding of current CRM, Analytics and Data Modeling methods
· SalesForce experience preferred
· Proven experience leading project or platform development teams
