We are looking for a Maintenance Basic Training Manager (m/f) for our Airbus Training Center within the Customer Services Department based in Toulouse, France.

Your challenges:
In the position, you will:
Lead the development of the Airbus Maintenance Basic Training Strategy
Manage and promote the Airbus Basic Training solutions to schools and Universities
Be responsible for the customer satisfaction by ensuring that the Airbus solutions remain THE reference, up to date, adapted to the market needs
Promote and support the development of the Airbus business around 3 pillars
ACT for Academy: the Basic Maintenance Training device
Basic Training Modules (EASA part 66 compliant)
Assistance to schools for the implementation of new standards, programs or organizations
Animate the network of customer schools to develop synergies within the community
Manage all the Maintenance Basic Training projects in relation to the different Central and Regional stakeholders: Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business Development, Procurement, Contracts & Legal, Suppliers, Regulators
Act as Basic Training Material Product Owner and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders to continuously evolve the solution, managing and prioritizing the backlog (guide user story creation, accept stories, support architecture implementation) and validating the product release.

We are looking for candidates with the following competencies and/or experiences:
Excellent leadership, communication, team building and stakeholder management skills
Previous experience as a post holder (form 4) in a P147 Maintenance Basic Training organization and/or excellent knowledge of the Maintenance Basic Training business (Regulatory context e.g EASA Part 66, school expectations, teaching technique evolution to adapt to the new generation…). Program / Project Management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Business models & business cases development and implementation
Excellent communication skills with ability to speak in International forums in front of large audiences
Autonomy, accountability and responsibility
English: negotiation level
The candidate will have to confirm her/his ability and availability to travel to different destinations worldwide
