What are your contributions to the team?
• Be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of a 25 to 30 unionized employees.
• Assume all the human resources management responsibilities.
• Have to identify, do the documentation and standardize the key process to achieve the objectives and share the good practice of the organization.
• Also have to assume the continuous improvement by using the processes of problem management solutions.
• Also have to use your leadership role in the use of the values and the vision of Bombardier Aeronautic.
How to thrive in this role?
• You have a bachelors degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with several years of experience in the methods and/or quality team, most importantly in quality assurance, project management, problem solving and/or continuous improvement
• You have excellent management skills.
• You have the ability to show good judgment, flexibility, results-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision and comfortable with tight delivery times.
• You have a great sense of initiative and are ready to work with a winning team.
• You have good organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge.
• You have a definite talent for communication and leadership.
• You have the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• You have good communication skills in English (bilingualism is an asset)
