We are looking for a Jr. Manager of Internal Communication Design & Media who will help elevate the way we tell our stories within Aeromexico.

This role is ideal for a strategic, creative, and empathetic professional who knows how to connect design and communication with business goals. You’ll ensure that every internal message and visual piece reflects Aeromexico’s values and identity, strengthening our culture and creating experiences that inspire pride and belonging.

Educational requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or related fields. Additional certifications in internal communication, branding, or corporate culture are a plus.

Experience

5–6 years of experience in internal communication or design within a company that combines corporate and operational environments. Experience in:

• Designing and coordinating internal campaigns and visual materials.
• Managing internal channels such as newsletters, digital screens, intranet, and corporate social media.
• Coordinating agencies and vendors.
• Developing communication metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strategic thinking and creative sensibility.
• Strong empathy and communication skills to connect with diverse audiences.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and metrics.
